In addition to providing services during our home visits, our staff understands the need for educational resources for our diabetic patients, including the following:

Neurological diseases

Our licensed staff is experienced in treating individuals with many neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and others.

Common treatment plans include:

  • Assess the home for fall risks
  • Assess and treat behavioral, psychological, and physical symptoms
  • Occupational therapy
